This agreement is between you (the "Licensee") and ConnectEra LLC (the
"Licensor"). By purchasing, downloading or installing the Font Software you
agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not install the Font Software
and contact us within 14 days of purchase for a refund.

1. Definitions
   "Font Software" means the TG Arun font files delivered with this licence in
   every format (.ttf, .woff2 and any other format supplied), together with
   the specimen and documentation in the same package.
   "Licensee" means the person or the single legal entity named on the
   purchase receipt. One licence covers one company, organisation or
   household.
   "User" means a person who installs or uses the Font Software on a device.
   "Tier" means the licence tier named on the purchase receipt: Individual,
   Team or Company. Every Tier grants the same rights; the Tier only sets the
   number of Users.

2. Standard Licence — what is included
   In exchange for the one-time licence fee, the Licensee receives a
   perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to:
   a) Install the Font Software for the number of Users set by the Tier, each
      User on up to two (2) devices:
        Individual — one (1) User. Available only to a natural person or a
                     sole trader, including a freelancer working for clients.
        Team       — up to ten (10) Users within the Licensee's organisation
                     or household.
        Company    — up to fifty (50) Users within the Licensee's
                     organisation.
   b) Use the Font Software to create commercial and personal design work of
      any kind: print, packaging, signage, presentations, documents,
      advertising, social media graphics, video and film titles, and
      merchandise (see clause 4).
   c) Embed the Font Software in read-only documents (for example PDF) that
      are delivered to clients, printers or the public, provided the recipient
      cannot extract and re-use the font files.
   d) Use the Font Software as a webfont, self-hosted with @font-face, on
      websites that the Licensee owns or operates. There is no page-view
      limit. The .woff2 files must be served from the Licensee's own domain
      and must not be offered for download.
   e) Use the Font Software in logos, wordmarks and brand identities, for the
      Licensee or for the Licensee's clients. The logo artwork may be
      trademarked by its owner; the Font Software itself remains the
      Licensor's property.

3. What requires a separate written licence
   Each of the following is available as an extension to this licence. The
   terms and the fee for each are in EXTENDED-LICENCES.txt, supplied with
   this licence. Contact [email protected] before doing any of them:
   a) Embedding the Font Software in an application, game, operating system,
      device firmware or any other software product, whether free or paid.
   b) Embedding the Font Software in an ebook or other reflowable digital
      publication in which the font files are shipped with the file.
   c) Offering a service (for example an online design tool, a generator, or
      a print-on-demand platform) in which third parties can typeset with the
      Font Software.
   d) Installing the Font Software for more Users than the Tier covers. The
      Licensee may move to a larger Tier at any time by paying the difference
      between the two Tier prices. Above fifty (50) Users, see
      EXTENDED-LICENCES.txt.

4. Merchandise for sale
   Designs created with the Font Software may be printed on physical goods
   that the Licensee sells — clothing, packaging, posters, stickers, signage
   and similar — with no limit on quantity, provided the Font Software itself
   is not what is being sold. Selling the letterforms as the product (a font
   file, an alphabet pack, a set of vector letters offered for others to
   typeset with) is not permitted.

5. What is not permitted
   a) Selling, renting, lending, sub-licensing, giving away or otherwise
      redistributing the Font Software in any form, including as part of a
      template, a design kit or an open-source project.
   b) Modifying, reverse-engineering, converting or renaming the Font
      Software to create a new font, or to remove or alter the copyright and
      licence information embedded in the files. Subsetting or converting the
      files solely for the Licensee's own webfont use under clause 2(d) is
      permitted.
   c) Passing the font files to a contractor, printer or agency. A contractor
      may use the Font Software only while working on the Licensee's own
      project, and must delete the files when that work is complete. Any
      other use by the contractor requires the contractor's own licence.
   d) Using the Font Software in unlawful work, or in work that infringes the
      rights of third parties.
   e) Using the Font Software, or images rendered from it, as training data
      for a machine-learning model that generates typefaces, letterforms or
      font files. Using the Font Software to set text in ordinary design work
      that is later published is not affected by this clause.
   f) Selling the letterforms themselves as the product, in any format — a
      font file, an alphabet pack, or a set of vector letters supplied for
      others to typeset with. This restates clause 4 and applies however the
      letterforms were extracted.

6. Ownership
   The Font Software is an original design and is protected by copyright.
   Copyright and all other intellectual property rights remain with the
   Licensor. This agreement grants a right to use the Font Software; it does
   not transfer ownership of any part of it.

7. Updates
   Minor updates to version 1.x of the TG Arun family (bug fixes, spacing
   and glyph corrections, additional characters) are supplied to the
   Licensee at no charge through the download link issued at purchase.

8. Warranty and liability
   The Font Software is supplied "as is". The Licensor warrants that the files
   will install and render on current versions of Windows and macOS and in
   current browsers. Beyond that, the Licensor makes no warranty of fitness
   for any particular purpose. The Licensor's total liability under this
   agreement is limited to the amount the Licensee paid for the licence.

9. Refunds
   Because font files cannot be returned once downloaded, the licence fee is
   final except in the following cases: if the Font Software fails to
   install or render as described in clause 8 and the Licensor cannot resolve
   the problem within 14 days of the Licensee reporting it, or if the
   Licensee requests a refund within 14 days of purchase without having
   installed the files, the Licensor will refund the fee in full. On refund
   this licence ends and the Licensee must delete every copy of the Font
   Software.

10. Termination
    This licence ends automatically if the Licensee breaches any of its
    terms. On termination the Licensee must stop using the Font Software and
    delete every copy. Work already produced with the Font Software before
    termination may continue to be used.

11. General
    This agreement is the entire agreement between the parties concerning
    the Font Software and replaces any prior communication. It is governed
    by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States of America. If any
    clause is found unenforceable, the rest of the agreement remains in
    force. The English text of this licence is the binding version;
    translations are provided for convenience only.

12. Receipts and tax
    The Licensee receives a payment receipt from ConnectEra LLC for every
    purchase. ConnectEra LLC is not registered for value-added tax in
    Thailand and does not issue Thai tax invoices (ใบกำกับภาษี).
