Overview

ThaiGraph is a free editorial reference with no user accounts and no comment forms. Personal data reaches us only when you give it: your email address when you sign up for the Thai Font Pack, your details when you buy a font, or whatever you send us by email. Advertising cookies come from our advertising partner, Google, and you can opt out of personalised advertising at any time. The rest of this page explains exactly what is collected, by whom, and what your choices are.

Who we are

ThaiGraph (thaigraph.com) is an English- and Thai-language editorial reference on Thai graphic design. For anything related to this policy or your data, contact [email protected]. More about the site and its editors is on the About page.

What we collect directly

Reading the site requires no personal information. Two kinds of technical data exist for every visit:

• Server access logs. Our hosting infrastructure (Hetzner, servers in the European Union) records standard access logs — IP address, requested URL, timestamp, and user agent — for security and operations. Logs are rotated and are not used to build visitor profiles.
• Cookie-free analytics. We run a self-hosted, privacy-focused analytics service. It records page views, referrers, browser and device type, country-level location, clicks on downloads and offers, and Core Web Vitals performance metrics. It sets no cookies, stores no persistent identifiers, and cannot follow you across other websites. Data is aggregate and anonymous.

Thai Font Pack email list

When you request the free Thai Font Pack, we collect the email address you type into the form and use it to send you the pack and a short series of emails about Thai fonts, including ThaiGraph's own fonts. The form records the page you signed up from and the site language. It is provided by HighLevel (United States), which stores the list on our behalf and sends the emails. The form loads only after you click to open it, and HighLevel may set its own cookies inside it. Every marketing email carries an unsubscribe link; you can also write to [email protected] to be removed. We do not sell or rent the list, and we keep your address until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it.

Buying a font

When you buy a ThaiGraph font, the checkout form (provided by HighLevel) collects your name, email address and the licence you chose, and your card is processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. We use these details to deliver the font, issue your licence certificate, answer support requests and keep the purchase records that accounting and tax law require. Advertising and Google AdSense

ThaiGraph displays advertising served by Google AdSense. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this website or other websites. Pages where you buy a font carry no advertising.

• Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visits to this site and/or other sites on the internet.
• You may opt out of personalised advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings.
• You can also opt out of some third-party vendors' use of cookies for personalised advertising by visiting www.aboutads.info/choices.

Visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland are shown a consent message before any advertising cookies are set, and can choose non-personalised ads or decline consent. Sponsored placements inside editorial content are not sold.

Cookies and browser storage

ThaiGraph sets no first-party tracking cookies. Cookies you may encounter on this site are set by Google and its advertising partners as described above, and by HighLevel inside its forms. Buyers of paid materials get one functional cookie that remembers their access. The site also keeps a few small notes in your browser's local storage — for example, that you already signed up for the Font Pack or closed the offer, so it is not shown again — which never leave your device. You can block or delete cookies and site data through your browser settings at any time; reading the site works fully without them.

Third-party services

• Google Fonts. Webfonts are loaded from fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com. Your browser transmits your IP address to Google when fetching them. Google states that font requests are not used for profiling. Details: Google Fonts privacy FAQ.
• Google AdSense. Serves the advertising described above.
• HighLevel. Runs the Font Pack sign-up form, the checkout form and our email.
• Stripe. Processes card payments.
• External links. Articles link to foundries, designers, studios, and sources. Those sites have their own privacy policies; this one stops at our domain.

Email correspondence

If you email [email protected] — to submit a profile, request a correction, or ask a question — we keep the correspondence for as long as needed to handle it and to document editorial decisions. Writing to us does not add you to any mailing list, and we do not share your address.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you have rights under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) or Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019, PDPA) — including the right to access, correct, or request deletion of personal data we hold about you, and to withdraw consent to marketing email at any time. Write to [email protected] and we will respond within 30 days. Purchase records we are legally required to keep are retained for the period the law sets. For data collected by Google's advertising services, exercise your rights through Google Ads Settings and Google's privacy policy.

Children

ThaiGraph is a professional design reference and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to this policy

Any change to this policy is published on this page with an updated effective date. We do not apply material changes retroactively.
