Privacy Policy
Effective 8 July 2026. This policy applies to thaigraph.com and its Thai-language section at /th/.
Overview
ThaiGraph is a free editorial reference with no user accounts, no comment forms, and no first-party tracking cookies. The only personal data that reaches us is what you send by email; the only cookies you may encounter come from our advertising partner, Google, and you can opt out of personalised advertising at any time. The rest of this page explains exactly what is collected, by whom, and what your choices are.
Who we are
ThaiGraph (thaigraph.com) is an English- and Thai-language editorial reference on Thai graphic design. For anything related to this policy or your data, contact [email protected]. More about the site and its editors is on the About page.
What we collect directly
We collect no personal information through the site itself. There are no accounts, sign-up forms, comment systems, or newsletters. Two kinds of technical data exist:
- Server access logs. Our hosting infrastructure (Hetzner, servers in the European Union) records standard access logs — IP address, requested URL, timestamp, and user agent — for security and operations. Logs are rotated and are not used to build visitor profiles.
- Cookie-free analytics. We run a self-hosted, privacy-focused analytics service. It records page views, referrers, browser and device type, country-level location, and Core Web Vitals performance metrics. It sets no cookies, stores no persistent identifiers, and cannot follow you across other websites. Data is aggregate and anonymous.
Advertising and Google AdSense
ThaiGraph displays advertising served by Google AdSense. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this website or other websites.
- Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visits to this site and/or other sites on the internet.
- You may opt out of personalised advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings.
- You can also opt out of some third-party vendors' use of cookies for personalised advertising by visiting www.aboutads.info/choices.
- How Google uses data when you use a partner's site is described at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.
Visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland are shown a consent message before any advertising cookies are set, and can choose non-personalised ads or decline consent.
Cookies
ThaiGraph sets no first-party cookies. Cookies you may encounter on this site are set by Google and its advertising partners as described above. You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings at any time; the site remains fully functional without them.
Third-party services
- Google Fonts. Webfonts are loaded from fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com. Your browser transmits your IP address to Google when fetching them. Google states that font requests are not used for profiling. Details: Google Fonts privacy FAQ.
- External links. Articles link to foundries, designers, studios, and sources. Those sites have their own privacy policies; this one stops at our domain.
Email correspondence
If you email [email protected] — to submit a profile, request a correction, or ask a question — we keep the correspondence for as long as needed to handle it and to document editorial decisions. We do not add you to any mailing list or share your address.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you have rights under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) or Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019, PDPA) — including the right to access, correct, or request deletion of personal data we hold about you. Because the site collects no personal data directly, in practice this applies to email correspondence. Write to [email protected] and we will respond within 30 days. For data collected by Google's advertising services, exercise your rights through Google Ads Settings and Google's privacy policy.
Children
ThaiGraph is a professional design reference and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes to this policy
Any change to this policy is published on this page with an updated effective date. We do not apply material changes retroactively.
